St Bernadette Week 6

This week the children have been learning more about the events of Holy Week. They wrote diary entries from Mary’s perspective and thought about how she would have felt knowing what was going to happen to Jesus. On Wednesday it was our Lenten retreat day. St Martin de Porres final week of Spring Term

We have had a lovely final week of the Spring Term in St Martin de Porres. In RE this week, we have been learning about the events of Holy Week in preparation for Good Friday and Easter Sunday. St Francis Class – Lent activity day

Today, we dedicated our time to reflecting on how our actions affect other people. We talked about who we might need to say sorry to and why we might be sorry. We then created forgiveness hearts for people who we needed to say sorry to. Once we had created our hearts, we presented them to our friend and asked for forgiveness.
