Think about the people with whom you have a relationship. Some might be close relationships like their parents, friends or siblings and others more distant, such as uncles, parents of friends, teachers etc.

Write down the names of everyone they can think of with whom you have a relationship. Write them on the ends of the lines surrounding their name. You can add more lines if they need to. You could draw shorter lines for close relationships, longer lines for more distant.

Then, think about what sort of ways of behaving are helpful/unhelpful to your relationships. Write examples down in the table to the right of the sheet.
