Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. We have thought of some daily activities for you to try at home:
Today, write a letter or send a card to someone you love.
Exercise Challenge: How long can you skip for? Use a rope or skip on the spot for as long as you can.
You may be thinking about your family and friends more at the moment as everyone seems so far away because of lockdown. Take some time today to chat to a friend and just enjoy the conversation.
EXERCISE CHALLENGE: Can you take 1000 steps today?
Create a picture to show how you are feeling today. Maybe you could display it for everyone in your home to see!
