Internet Safety Day

Tuesday 9th February 2021 is National Internet Safety Day. We use technology and the internet more than ever at the moment. Please see below for lots of resources to help with keeping you and your family safe online AND a competition for the children to take part in!

Mrs Humphries’s needs your help!

We need some new Internet Safety posters for our classrooms, corridors and website. Can you design a new poster to help your friends stay safe online? Think about what we do to protect ourselves online. You can watch some videos on Thinkuknow – 5-7 – Hector’s World to help you.

There will be a winning poster from each class, and also each Key Stage…and the winners will receive a prize! Your teachers will vote for the winner. Make sure you email your poster to either or to your class email to be entered into the competition. Please send your competition entry in by Friday 12th February 2021. Good luck!

Below are some links to FREE Online Safety Courses that you can do from home, and lots of one-page guides for keeping your children and family safe when gaming or using social media.
