In English, the children continue to rehearse the story map daily. Additionally, they have been innovating their story map using post it notes to change their ideas. Following from this, they have been writing their innovations.

EdShed is available to help build on their spelling that they have learned from this week also.

In Maths, they have started to look at length and converting between metre, centimetres and millimetres. They have measured different items and converting these measurements.

Timestable rockstars and topmarks is recommended to support with their timetables!

Multiplication Tables Check – Mathsframe (This will help with their multiplication check at the end of Year 4).

In RE, they have been investing questions based on Samuel, Jesse and David.

In Science, the children have been continuing to learn about sound. They used videos and discussions to help their understanding of sound. This week, we investigated pitch practically. By looking at the different sized tubes and listening to how high or low the sound was.

In art, they have really enjoyed creating their models of their designed sarcophagus in clay.

Certificates: For hand writer of the week this award went to William, and for spelling of the week this award went to Rowan. The values and virtues award went to Nitin for always helping others with his knowledge and making sure he always making the right choices (learned and wise). Well done!
