St Faustina Class wk beginning 15.11.21

Another busy week in St Faustina class…

In English the children have been doing lots of writing based around our class text. They write a letter in the role of the penguin, explaining to his mother how different life is in England to his life in the South Pole. They have also learnt to write a set of simple instructions for how to make a tuna sandwich.

In Maths the children have continued to work on number bonds within 10 and the different ways of writing number sentences to match these. They have also compared number bonds using the comparison symbols related to more than, less than and equal to.

On Wednesday the children participated in another Forest School session with Mrs Rollins. This is always a highlight of the week…

Our class certificate winners this week are…

Virtues and Values: Laila & Dakota

Spelling: Daisy

Handwriting: Isla-Rose

Star of the week: Kasia

Well done everybody, you have ALL worked hard.
