St. Faustina wk. beginning 18.10.21

It has been a lovely final week and the children have enjoyed another special (albeit muddy) session in Forest School.

In DT the children also made their bridges for the troll. They did an excellent job in reinforcing their structures for maximum strength and tried their hardest to match them to their original designs.

During our ‘Try Something New Day’ the children worked hard to write something they were not yet confident with as part of our ‘Not Yet There Bear’ to encourage resilience and to develop confidence that it’s okay to get something wrong. These will be going on display in our school hall.

Finally, have a wonderful break and we will look forward to seeing you all back in school for the new term.
