St Faustina week beginning 4th October

Published by SMillward on

We started off our week by coming together as a whole school for our God’s Greatest Gifts Assembly. A big well done to Carmina and Daisy who had our class Star Pupil Awards.

Both girls are new to the school and have settled in really well and we are both so proud of them.

Carmina-For settling in well and trying hard in every lesson.

Daisy-For bring brave and coming into school everyday and trying her best in every lesson

In Maths, we have been comparing the size of quantities. We have learnt the key vocabulary ‘greater than and less than’ and are beginning to use the symbols <> .

In English, we continued to learn our story map for Three Billy Goats Gruff’. This we we learnt what an adjective was and have used adjectives to describe baby Goat.

The children had another lovely afternoon in Forest School with Mrs Rollins. They thoroughly enjoy being outside and exploring nature and the wonderful photos show some very happy faces…

Finally, a big well done to our other certificate winners this week…
